As a consequence, it is focused on innovation and development of solutions for the industrial sector. As a result it inaugurates 2019 with the launch of a new product on the market: a new shut-off valve with bellows seal. They guarantee total safety avoiding atmospheric emissions in the unlikely event of bellows rupture. This is a requirement of DIN 4754 in thermal fluid installations.  <\/li>\n\n<li>Removable plug designed to prevent the transmission of vibration to the valve stem.<\/li>\n\n<li>Double-walled bellows, robust, welded to the shaft and forming a sealing assembly, together with the ring and disc, with no possibility of rotation to avoid breakage.<\/li>\n\n<li>The bellows disc is concave and is attached to the bellows. This provides energy savings and helps to keep the flywheel area at a suitable temperature for operator safety. <\/li>\n\n<li>Plasma-welded stainless steel bellows. Tightness tested with helium, which means absolute durability and reliability. <\/li>\n\n<li>Reinforced guide support designed as a bridge that acts as thermal insulation.<\/li>\n\n<li>Ergonomic steering wheel with shaft protection cap.<\/li>\n\n<li>Sealing surfaces treated, ground, lapped and burnished to achieve a degree of tightness even higher than that required according to EN 12266-1 class A.<\/li>\n\n<li>All valves are rigorously tested and verified.<\/li>\n\n<li>All components are numbered, registered and controlled.
