First of all we would like to tell you that our partner VYC industrial is a company dedicated to the study and manufacture of all types of valves for interception and regulation of fluids. As a consequence, it is focused on innovation and development of solutions for the industrial sector. As a result it inaugurates 2019 with the launch of a new product on the market: a new shut-off valve with bellows seal. This valve has connections from DN-15 to DN-200 in both EN flanges and ASME/ANSI 150# and 300# flanges.

- Shaft with external thread, which allows higher working temperatures and a longer life cycle.
- Safety bellows with high quality graphite rings. They guarantee total safety avoiding atmospheric emissions in the unlikely event of bellows rupture. This is a requirement of DIN 4754 in thermal fluid installations.
- Removable plug designed to prevent the transmission of vibration to the valve stem.
- Double-walled bellows, robust, welded to the shaft and forming a sealing assembly, together with the ring and disc, with no possibility of rotation to avoid breakage.
- The bellows disc is concave and is attached to the bellows. This provides energy savings and helps to keep the flywheel area at a suitable temperature for operator safety.
- Plasma-welded stainless steel bellows. Tightness tested with helium, which means absolute durability and reliability.
- Reinforced guide support designed as a bridge that acts as thermal insulation.
- Ergonomic steering wheel with shaft protection cap.
- Sealing surfaces treated, ground, lapped and burnished to achieve a degree of tightness even higher than that required according to EN 12266-1 class A.
- All valves are rigorously tested and verified.
- All components are numbered, registered and controlled. If requested, certifications of materials, castings, tests and performances, as well as the instruction manual according to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU will be delivered with the valve.
